Our Knives!

Goldie's carries many knives for many different purposes! Each of the cooks at The Hollows and Primal own a knife from Goldie's. I Interviewed each of them to see why they like their knives and what they used them for!

Brian owns the force (discontinued at Goldie's) and the Opinel mushroom knife ($40).

He uses his force knife for opening the boxes and cutting cheese on romantic picnics.

He just got his Opinel Mushroom Knife and hopes that buy this time next year it will be unrecognizable!

 Kyle Michael (owner of the Hollows and Primal) owns this Damascus Steel Knife with bone handle ($65)

Kyle uses this knife for everything! Screwdriver, box opener, spreading jam!

He is our knife expert and finds all the knives that we sell at Goldies!

Christie Peters mainly uses this knife as a letter opener

We have many of these damascus steel blades made by a family on Ontario. The handles are all made with raw materials (bone, antler, and bone.) and they come with leather sheaths. Fixed blades are $55 and folding knives are $65.
